Terms of Service & Usage Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the market data provided by igaming.lu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of The Platform.

2. Nature of Services

igaming.lu is an independent market analysis and media publication.

• We are NOT a gambling operator. We do not accept bets, process wagers, or hold user funds.
• We are NOT a financial advisor. All "scores," "rankings," and "indices" (including the LU-Score™) are subjective editorial opinions based on our internal methodology. They do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of safety.

3. Risk Disclosure & Limitation of Liability

Online gambling involves a substantial risk of capital loss.

• No Liability for Losses: igaming.lu, its owners, and its analysts assume zero liability for any financial losses, damages, or legal disputes arising from your activities on third-party operator websites.
• Data Accuracy: While we strive for "banking-grade" accuracy regarding payout times and license statuses, operator policies can change without notice. We do not guarantee the real-time accuracy of the data presented.

4. Affiliate Disclosure (Transparency Policy)

To maintain the operation of our Index, igaming.lu functions as a performance marketing partner.

• Commercial Relationships: We maintain commercial agreements with the operators listed on The Platform. When you click links (e.g., "Visit Site," "View Data") and register with an operator, we may receive a commission.
• Editorial Independence: These commissions do not influence the LU-Score™. A Tier-C operator cannot pay to be listed as Tier-A. Our reputation is our primary asset.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping

The visual interface, "Bento Grid" layouts, LU-Score methodology, and editorial content are the exclusive intellectual property of igaming.lu.

• Prohibited: Automated scraping, data mining, or reproducing our "Payout Speed" datasets for commercial use without a licensing agreement.
• Enforcement: We employ active bot-detection. Unauthorized scrapers will be permanently blocked and reported to their ISP.

6. User Eligibility

Access to igaming.lu is strictly prohibited for:

• Individuals under the age of 18.
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your specific municipality or commune before engaging with any operator.

7. Third-Party Links

The Platform contains outbound links to third-party websites (e.g., Unibet, Bwin, Casino 2000). We hold no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access them at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Luxembourg City.
